Conventional loan amounts above normal county limits are considered non-conforming or Jumbo loans. In many high cost counties, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have temporarily been offering some loan amounts above those limits as High Balance Conforming loans. The loan limits on these loans vary per county. (Contact us for details regarding your county limits) E Mortgage Capital offers both fixed-rate and adjustable (ARM) and High Balance loans, as well as several Jumbo loan options. We offer Jumbo loans on primary residences and 2nd homes. We also offer JUMBO Non QM Mortgages for Investors.
